Shamrock's esteemed leader, the Director of Programming, Caprice Garcia, holds her position for a well-deserved reason. Caprice guides both her clients and staff with a resolute spirit and a compassionate understanding rooted in her deep knowledge of addiction. Beyond her personal life experiences, Caprice is on the verge of completing her master's degree in addiction counseling and chemical dependency.
Caprice firmly believes that personal growth in recovery is nurtured through meaningful connections with others. She succinctly articulates her life's passion, stating, "It is my life's mission," in reference to her overarching goal within Shamrock.

Chris, a seasoned counselor with nearly 25 years of experience, has a diverse background that encompasses various counseling settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities, small clinics, large hospitals, school environments, and collaborations with law enforcement agencies. Over the course of their career, Chris has worked with a wide range of clients, spanning the age spectrum from 5 to 97 years.
With a specialization in cognitive behavioral therapy, Chris's primary focus is to empower clients with practical techniques and skills that enable them to lead the life they desire. Employing a versatile array of therapeutic approaches, Chris is also well-versed in trauma work and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), equipping them to help clients break free from the pain of their past experiences.
In their role as a therapist at Shamrock Recovery, Chris is dedicated to assisting clients in understanding the nature of their addictions, identifying triggers, and unraveling the events that contributed to their drug use. Their mission is to guide individuals toward a future filled with peace, happiness, and a renewed sense of self.

Kimberly Brennen, a proud member of the Yavapai Prescott Indian tribe, hails from the picturesque town of Prescott, Arizona. Her journey through life has been marked by significant achievements and a heartfelt commitment to her community.
After completing her formative years in Prescott, Kimberly ventured far from her hometown to pursue higher education. She embarked on a transformative academic journey at Brooklyn College in Brooklyn, New York, where her passion for understanding the human mind led her to graduate in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, complemented by a minor in Neuroscience.
However, Kimberly's most profound transformation occurred in 2016 when she found sobriety through the guiding principles of the 12-step programs. This personal triumph ignited a burning desire within her to give back to her community, harnessing her experiences and knowledge to support others on their path to recovery.

Pamela Barker, embracing the joys of an empty nest now that her children have all grown, is a dedicated individual with a wealth of experience and a passion for serving her community.
Currently, Pamela is pursuing her educational aspirations at Yavapai College, diligently working towards the completion of her AA Degree and RBHT Certificate. Her journey in the field of recovery spans several years, equipping her with valuable knowledge and expertise.
Pamela plays a crucial role as the DUI instructor at Shamrock Recovery Services, where her commitment shines brightly. Her deep affection for the organization stems from the support and opportunities they have provided her. In addition to her role as a DUI instructor, Pamela also handles phone inquiries and wears many other hats, going above and beyond to assist and serve those in need.
Pamela's dedication to the field of addiction recovery began in 1995 when she attended San Bernardino Valley College, focusing on drug and alcohol studies. Her commitment to her profession is exemplified by her attainment of the C.A.S. (Certified Addiction Specialist) certification.
With a heart full of compassion and a wealth of experience, Pamela Barker is a valued member of the Shamrock Recovery Services team, wholeheartedly dedicated to helping and serving others on their journey to recovery.

Keelyn is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), specializing in the healing of trauma and various stress disorders. She boasts a professional career spanning seven years, during which time she has offered somatic experiencing services in both in-patient treatment and private practice environments. Keelyn embarked on her journey at The Meadows and The Claudia Black Young Adult Center, where she delivered a range of therapeutic modalities including Neurofeedback and Equine Assisted therapy to facilitate healing from trauma.
Throughout her career, Keelyn has dedicated her expertise to assisting diverse populations grappling with challenges such as PTSD, addiction, co-occurring disorders, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and more. Her unwavering passion and primary focus revolve around attachment and early developmental trauma. In her current role at Shamrock Recovery Services, Keelyn extends trauma services through the utilization of Somatic Experiencing, Neurofeedback, and Equine Therapy.

Who We Are
Shamrock Recovery Services LLC is an outpatient recovery program located in Prescott, AZ, that builds on resilience as its core principle.
Our approach to the needs of addicts and alcoholics is highly individualized. Each person is given a carefully designed treatment plan to address their needs in their recovery, whether it be Substance Abuse Treatment in Prescott, Arizona, Relapse Prevention, DUI Services, MVD Revocation Services, or any combination of these. Individualized treatment is an integral component of our program, as each person has their own unique needs. Individualized care, as well as the length of treatment, are key factors in relapse prevention and long-term abstinence.
Trauma is often intertwined with addiction, whether the trauma was suffered prior to the onset of addiction or occurred as a result of the addict or alcoholic lifestyle. Thus, we believe a thorough trauma assessment is a vital component of the clinical evaluation of treatment needs.
We are passionate about relapse prevention and seek to identify and change relapse causes. We help you identify specific components of your potential for relapse and work with you to develop adaptive coping mechanisms to minimize future relapse potential. Our Specialties
We strive to continually deliver innovative prevention, education, and treatment programs for individuals with drug or alcohol problems. We are one of the few facilities in the area that provide these services.
Relapse Prevention
Often, an individual with a relapse history cycles through repeated treatment stays with little to no change in outcome. We combat this by first identifying the critical factors in each individual’s relapse cycle and then developing a treatment plan that encompasses those factors.
Substance Abuse and MVD Revocation Services
We have all levels of outpatient treatment, from substance abuse education classes to gender-specific issue counseling. Individuals move throughout the different phases of treatment as their needs/progress dictate. MVD is also required after an individual’s driving privileges have been revoked due to unpaid fines and/or legal charges.
DUI Services
At Shamrock Recovery Services LLC, our goal is to ease the stress of a DUI by managing all communication between the court and Arizona ADOT/MVD from your enrollment to completion. We are a state-licensed provider of DUI services, which also include motor vehicle revocation assessments.
